Today is the last day of the Ladonian Celebration time: The Winter’s Greatest Depth between January 28th and February 2nd, peaking at the 31st of January. And it was a cold day today when the state secretary visited Ladonia. Only the seals were to be seen.

Today Ladonia probably had to visitors from Denver, Peter McGraw and Joel Warner. They are working with research at Humor Code (http://humorcode.com/). “In search of what makes things funny”. They travelled the world to find out the secret of humour. I wrote “probably” because these two gentlemen were left in the Swedish forests for a walk to Ladonia. The weather was quite bad. There was some snow on the ground and they were not really equipped for an exhibition. The darkness was also arriving when I saw them disappear among the trees. When searching for the mystery of humour you can sometimes create a good story.

The day of winching The Throne was not successful. It was overthrown in the storm in the December. I don’t think it has to do with this day being Friday 13th. But it is just to admit even with great efforts and the heavy burden of winch and wire we could not make it. However, this is not the end. The Throne just has to be designed in a new way.
